Overview

Our marina location in Cannigione is within the so-called "Costa Smeralda", a splendid coastal area located in the nord-east of Sardinia, famous for its white sand beaches and crystal clear waters, make it a very popular tourist destination.

The Costa Smeralda was created in the 1960s by a group of international investors, including Prince Aga Khan, who wanted to create an exclusive place for their wealthy friends. Today, the area has become one of the most luxurious and glam beach destinations in the Mediterranean, attracting many visitors every year thanks to its haute cuisine restaurants, trendy bars and the unrivaled beauty of its landscapes.

In the strip of sea between Sardinia and Corsica, also known as Bocche di Bonifacio, there is a galaxy of islands and islets surrounded by turquoise sea: one of the world’s most beautiful landscapes, under special protection due to its naturalistic value.

Created in 1994, the first in Sardinia, the national park of the Maddalena archipelago covers more than 20,000 hectares of sea and land. It embraces 180 kilometres of coast and includes more than 60 islands big and small, of granite and schist, sculpted by wind and currents.
